Have your relationships received an upgrade?

There has been a consistent theme to sessions lately, relationships. Wether it's relationships with loved ones, our self, money or friends. The changes and challenges we have faced the last couple years have changed us. It’s not been comfortable, it’s been painful and awful at times. It's been joyful and exciting too as we feel space open up, expansion. It has been a series of figurative death and expansion.

I like to explain it as our spiritual body received an upgrade (or maybe several!) and we didn’t ask for it or see it coming. We were forced into presence on a new level with the shutting down of the whole world. Presence is a potent medicine. Our vision gets clearer, we operate differently, and our needs and wants change. When we go through this change it's like a mini death, we feel emotional, overwhelmed and sad, our foundation is shook. We think about the past and almost long for it, we fight the expansion and don’t want to move forward. This is grief and we move through all stages of it for these figurative deaths. If we are unaware of what is going on we feel confused and disoriented, we try to fix ourselves or plug the emotional holes we feel. When we know what is happening we can make space for it, allow it to move through us and catch the wave of expansion on the other side.
Be gentle on yourself and give yourself space to grieve and feel. Personally I am writing a eulogy to a version of myself that just died. I have been kicking and screaming holding on tight to this version of me while at the same time knowing if I could just let her go I’d be handed a key to more intimate relationships, relationships with friends, my lover, money, self, children, family members. There is always a ripple effect. I can feel it's time. time to soften and let it flow through me.
I’m excited for what lies ahead for each of us as we grow and expand and I am so grateful you are here as “we are all just walking each other home” - Ram Das
Loving you always, in all ways xx
